The 2010 YZ250F is more than just a new batch of bodywork. Yamaha is understandably proud of their bike, as it has a lot of history, including being the first to market with a 250F, back in '01. That's part of a long line of firsts that include a first international race win, first AMA SX win, and first to score a Supercross title (all with Ernesto Fonseca aboard). The blue 250F was also the first to score an AMA National win (Larry Ward at Red Bud in '01); and finally, it was the first 250F to take an FIM Motocross GP win (Stefan Everts in '03 at the GP of Austria).
