2009 YZ250F Sneak Peek

Full details on the ’09 Yamaha YZ lineup are about a week away, but in the meantime, here’s a sneak peek of the first of the ‘09s, and the most popular bike in Yamaha’s lineup, the YZ250F.

• New Swingarm and linkage setup? Check. It looks like very similar to the swingarm and linkage setup that was being used by David Phillipaerts and Josh Coppins on the Works Yamaha YZ450s when we were at the Valkenswaard GP season-opener.

• Changes to the headpipe and muffler? Check.


• Some changes in the rear wheel assembly as well? Check.
