Anyone using the S3 rim protectors or just keep using a sharpie?

Anyone using these and loving them?
I have been using a sharpie to make the rims look sharp and rims are still in great rolling shape so new rims are not needed. Yes it's a dirt bike but I like her to look good

I'm also interested if anybody has used these. They look decent, wonder how long they last

I've put a S3 sticker kit on my girlfriend's bike about a year ago and they hold on quite ok. Not perfect but ok.
You gotta be careful when you change tires though.
Takes a while to install and if you're not good at putting on graphic kits, then it's probably not a job for you.

As far as "real" black rims go, I've used for years a very light spray of paint on the outer side to freshen them up.

I got yellow rims on my RM and they seem to do fine. Its not like the finish is finger paint.

Golden rims look good longer than black ones as the contrast with raw aluminium is not as strong.
I've had both and you don't see the scratches so much on the gold wheels.

You can't hardly beat the cost and simplicity of a sharpie.
