Has anyone tried the TCX boots?

Just curious how they compare to Sidi, A-stars, etc. We have used Sidi for years and they are great boots but they seem to fit a narrow foot better. We were possibly looking to try another brand. I also like Gaerne but they are a little heavy.

Thanks!

I have a pair of the 2.1boots and they are the best fitting and most comfortable boots I’ve ever had.

You want the TA version of the Sidi Crossfire, which is fairly wide.

If you like Sidi's you will like the TCX Comp EVO 2. They both function similar but in my opinion, the TCX fits my wide foot better. Plus the Michelin sole is extremely durable!

Gaerne are actually lighter than astars. Keefer tested them all

Rode with TCX boots last year, broke after 60-70 hours, bought tech 10s now as they last 200 hours for me..
Didn't quite like the TCX eitherway due to the lack of an innershoe

They are good boots. Try them with the sock you're going to use, I squeeze my right foot a bit on the tip of my fingers at the beginning of using them when I leave it for a few days without using it.
