Any vintage bicycle experts, Schwinn ?

I picked this ladies bike from my neighbor this afternoon. He said it was a schwinn, but I can't find any markings. Can anyone tell me what this is? The only thing it has is a marking on the fork that says "NASCAR International" so I'm guessing it gradually turns left really well!

not at pro at these vintage bikes but... they usually put a Schwinn badge on the front headtube..

Here's the one I did for my wife a few years ago , a couple things I noticed while doing it is that the chain guards have an emboss stamped in them where the decal goes . The fenders on the finished one are after market and didn't fit properly.

Very nice! I'm trying to convince my wife that the rust and paint give it character lol. I showed her pics of patina'd old trucks to try and convince her, but it sounds like "all we need are tubes" isn't going to cut it.

Are the hubs not marked/stamped schwinn? I think you have a sears schwinn nock off.
