How to get rid of tiny hole in gas tank?

Very tiny hole in the side of my gas tank. Just restored the tank and it looks amazing except for this small spot. It does not leak at all but it's deep enough to where you can't sand it out. I want it to look smooth and brand new right there.

can you get a little bob wheel in there and clean it up then get some p38 on it,
