MX207

MX 207 is located in Southern Maine off of route 202 in the small town of Lyman. This past summer (of 2014) marked our 10 year anniversary. Since 2004 we’ve been chipping away making this place into the facility it is today and have seen plenty of faces pass through. For years we were known for the Jimmy D two stroke videos, and now we’re home to some of the best racing in the North East with the Maine State Motocross Championship race and the Vurb Classic. The track itself is 1.3 miles long with a mix of sand and loam. With this combination, it’s not too often we have ruts… but we make up for that with berms; hence “berm city, bitch”. One thing we don’t have is elevation change. The lack of hills forces us to be creative with man-made obstacles which we try to make fun and challenging, yet safe for all skill levels.
We are a race and training facility. On non-race weekends, we hold open practice on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during the week Tuesdays-Thursdays. For more information, visit www.MX207.com or find us on Facebook: “Lyman Maine”.
