Hughes said about 1:35 that "your brain is a muscle." I hope he doesn't mean that literally, since it's an organ and nothing like a muscle at all. He's right in that it requires oxygen. silly Informative.

I really liked the dinosaur egg/ wall ball throw with sprint complex ... that looked challenging. I’m going to figure out away to replicate that, looks good for mental focus, balance, intensity!

It seems like the Europeans don’t have the same upper body athleticism that Americans do probably from growing up playing baseball, basketball, or football. Not that it affects their ability to ride a dirt bike at all. Not hating, just something I noticed from watching his movements in the vid.

I wouldn't say that, he has a good balance for mx. Besides a very few of our american riders, they all have the same build. More upper body muscle means more oxygen needed to supply the muscle. I do like all the balance work Ryno had him doing, might need to try some of those movements.

Yea I wasn’t talking about the muscle mass as much as the way he moves when he’s throwing things or doing the cable pull and push throughs. He’s definitely lean though but that’s pretty common for pro moto guys.
