I really hope he continues this and fights for the title. I would love to see him win this thing.

This literally resembles tomacs rookie year in 250s. Wins hangtown and cant keep it together afterwards. Im a huge eli fan, but holy shit these last two weeks have been discouraging. Luckily ive always been a bagget fan. after he was going 3-5 seconds a lap faster in his 250 days and his interviews are always funny. Honestly it would be nice to see him become one of the elites next to eli, rv, dunge, rc and roczen. The dude has the speed and fitness for sure.

Great for him and for the fans. He looked really good in his Chupa mode!

He had found the form from 2012. Not sure if i have seen that speed, creativity and smoothness before...

Ya know, I really like Eli, but there is something about Blake Baggett when he's on that you just want to see more of it. I'd like nothing more than to see Blake go on a tear and shred the field the rest of the year. Because Blakes style is to run everyone down from behind, it wouldn't be like a holeshot runaway. Dude has to be one of the most badass chargers I've ever seem. Huge thumbs up here.

Millville 2013. That's what you're talking about Bro.

He didn't win that day, but he went fucking mental trying.

Haha kind of funny, same thing over again. Blake went 6-8 for 6th overall at Hangtown, Tomac toasted his ass. Blake went 8-2 at Glen helen for 3rd overall. We saw some out of this world speed from Tomac in SX this year, and while we can all agree that the biggest enemy Tomac has is himself. Maybe just maybe he was a little bit casious on the track that nearly split his upper body in half. But I agree Baggett was haulin and Tomac got passed by Justin Barcia.

Some weeks we see Tomac ripping heads of 39 other riders making them look like toddlers riding backwards, next week we see him hit a giant roadblock he sets up in his own head. This week it was Baggetts time to shine, who says he doesen't struggle to make it into the top 5 next week? There is no guy at the moment who has established himself as the man to beat. Dont write either Ryun Dunguy (Musquin), Tomac or Baggett off yet.

I was thinking exact same thing yest, funny no one else has brought this up. He showed speed but the first quarter of the series, I believe, was Roczen consistently winning. Tomac poured it on after that and was mostly unbeatable. Plenty of motos left, he could still easily run away with this series and this will all be forgotten. Time will tell

Dude, that GIF Baggett nearly makes up a full second in that one corner. I mean he dropped off that step down like 3 bike lengths ahead of Eli. Just a gnarly line. The funny thing was he was ripping that outside nearly the whole second half of the Moto and I didn't see anyone else start taking it. Some of the lines Baggett finds when he's charging through the pack just make you shake your head. I really enjoy watching that kid ride.

Was a great ride and he had some awesome lines. Not many people can pass Tomac on the outside!! Stoked for BB. He was an animal yesterday!

It's a signature Tomac move as well!
That's what makes BB's move so rad, he railed past Eli like he was a C rider!

To be honest, I had given up on seeing Blake regain his former bad-assery until I saw that "cribs" video. When a guy of his talent puts that much effort into his career (living in a trailer and spending all his money on tracks, dozers & equipment) he's going to to improve dramatically. I sure hope he keeps this up.

At the 1:40 mark he was hitting this insane line by launching into the bank like he did this weekend.

It's rad how he stays so centered and tall on the bike when he hits lines like that, this weekend was the same thing. I was so stoked to see him battling for the win!

Elchupacabra is BACK! This is awesome! That ride was just like the old days on 250's when he would drop the hammer at the halfway point and just make everyone else look like B class riders. When Bagget passed him and disappeard, Tomac was probably thinking, "shit, I thought Elchupacabra was dead!"
